What Roof Style is Best for Me?

Standard Roof

Standard Roof

The standard style is a very common roof style which has rounded corners and the metal runs horizontally (front-to-back) it is the same price as our boxed eve option. The panels may occasionally trap leaves, snow, and other debris in severe weather conditions, also small amounts of water may seep in through the seams and over time can rust behind the ribs where moisture can build up.

Best for: Arid climates with limited tree coverage.

Boxed Eaves Roof

Boxed Eaves Roof

The Boxed Eave roof style is very common, it has an A-Frame roof and the metal runs horizontally (front-to-back). The panels may occasionally trap leaves, snow, and other debris in severe weather conditions, also small amounts of water may seep in through the seams and over time can rust behind the ribs where moisture can build up.

Best for: Arid climates and limited tree coverage.

Vertical Roof

Vertical Roof

The Vertical style is best-looking carport and the strongest. More metal is used for constructing the roof thus automatically giving you a sturdier carport. The metal runs vertically allowing debris and snow to slide off which keeps moisture from building up and causing rust over time. This allows a much longer life span of your metal roof.

Best for: All climates

What to Know before you building delivery

Building Permits

The customer is fully responsible for checking local building requirements to see if any permits are required to construct the building.

Site Preparation

Prior to the delivery of your building, it is crucial to ensure your site is level. We recommend the ground be level within 4" front to back and side to side. Improperly prepared sites may delay the setup or construction of your structure and result in additional fees.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If our driver is unable to deliver your building due to limited access to the site or because the site has not been properly prepared, a 10% fee will be charged. This fee must be paid to the driver at the time of attempted delivery; a new delivery date will not be scheduled until the fee has been paid.
